Unregistered USAV members are not allowed to participate in any sanctioned even (including) practices. No exceptions! Please complete your registration process as soon as possible before the season begins.

Players do not have to submit payment after they complete their online registration. This fee is included in your initial fee and then paid for by Texas Elite Volleyball Club.

STEP 1
Once you are ready to get started, click the appropriate link:

• I have previously registered online as a member of the Lone Star Region and want to register for the 2007-2008 season.
  Click 'Login' in the left-hand panel if you know your user ID and password. Otherwise you should continue with the Login Request Form.
• I am a new member, joining USAV for the first time this year.

STEP 2
Follow the on-screen instructions. If you need help, do not hesitate to call the Region Office (210) 945-4365. If you have a problem getting through to the Region Office you may try Dick Kappel at (830) 606-4621.

STEP 3
Click on "Renew Online" on the left-hand side and continue to follow the instructions. Be sure to select 'Texas Elite Juniors' as your club.

STEP 4
Lone Star Volleyball will not have online payments for the 2007/2008 season.
The following forms need to be printed at the completion of the on-line registration process:

• Junior Members must print the Medical Release Form. All parts of the form must be completed in legible handwriting and it must be signed and given your club director. (Make sure the player and the parent/guardian signs the form!). Your registration should be 'electronically signed' using your name and Texas I.D. number, so there is no need to print it.
• Coaches, Team/Club Representatives, Trainers and Chaperones must print the Background Screening Form (when required). These forms must be signed and given to your club director. Your registration should be 'electronically signed' using your name and Texas I.D. number, so there is no need to print it.
• Adult Players or Officials must 'electronically sign' the registration form using your name and Texas I.D. number, so there is no need to print it. Your registration fee may be mailed to the Lone Star Volleyball Region, 1608 Canyon Oak; Schertz, TX 78154.

After you complete the registration process online, you will be redirected to a Membership Confirmation Page to confirm that you have completed the process and a confirmation notice will also be sent to your email address.
